Editorial Standards and Corrections

Our guides aim to answer the user’s actual question and make the next step clear. We separate public guidance from private account decisions.

Use sources for specific claims

A portal can support an instruction about its own input or output. A provider’s procedure should not automatically be presented as every operator’s rule. We prefer authority and provider pages for operational guidance.

State the limits

A failed check, an unavailable result and a confirmed count are different. We do not turn a website animation into a claim that records were searched.

Avoid invented authority

We do not fabricate expert reviewers, official approval, private records or user testimonials. General guides do not replace legal advice or authenticated account support.

Handle changing information

Check current provider requirements before acting on prices, service availability or eligibility. An article’s title year alone does not make a procedure current.

Corrections

Report the affected URL, the specific statement and a relevant official source through the contact page. Keep personal identity documents out of a correction request.
